Unlimited emails/texts/calls to coordinate event from the time you book

One-hour rehearsal direction (typically 10-11 a.m. morning before)

Venue
A full day (9 a.m. to 11 p.m.), with only one wedding per day so we can focus on you
Three ceremony locations: outside at lighted willow trees, inside main side (up to 250 seated guests), inside fireplace side (up to 120 seated guests)
Up to 250 white Chiavari chairs (inside only)
Bench seating for up to 250 (for outdoor ceremonies)
Your choice of vendors with no catering/bar minimum spend [professional bartender & security required with any alcohol service for an additional fee of $150]
Eight farmhouse tables (four 5’ sweetheart tables and four 7.5’ long)
Folding tables: 8 - 72” rounds; 12 - 60” rounds; 25 - 8’ longs; 10 - cocktail (31.5”W x 43.5”H); 1 - 5’ long; 2 - 6’ long; 30” white scalloped cake table; 2 double-tiered white 48” tables
Full heating and air conditioning
Separate bride and groom rooms
Full commercial kitchen that includes: 6-burner range, convection oven, warming unit, refrigerators, ice machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, coffee pots, pots, pans, serving dishes/utensils, drink dispensers, cake stands (white, gold, silver, and rustic), and much more
Fireplace – floor to ceiling
Use of a wide range of ceremony and/or reception décor
Sound system (inside only; wireless microphone & speakers for Bluetooth playlists and/or CDs)
Extra large patio with armed patio chairs for 40
