Oak View Inn is pleased to offer overnight accommodations for up to 22 guests (8 bedrooms/6 full bathrooms)—directly next door and within walking distance to/from Aurora Farms. It is a 5000+/- sq. ft., fully restored, 1943 farmhouse retreat, which has been beautifully updated in modern farmhouse style. (See below for full list of amenities.) This is the perfect home for your bridal party and/or out-of-town families & friends who want to stay together to create lasting memories. PRICE: $1200 per night plus $450 cleaning fee & 7% state accommodations taxes. Deposits of 50% required at booking, with the balance due 30 days out. Discounted rates (10%) will apply for all AURORA FARMS couples (for any number of nights) AND for any bookings of three nights or more!

HOUSE RULES:

  • Check in at 4 p.m.; check out by 12 noon.

  • Children are allowed.

  • Dogs are allowed (two max w/$50 nonrefundable pet fee per dog).

  • No smoking allowed inside house.

  • No parties allowed.

  • We want you to enjoy yourself at our home, but please be mindful of the noise levels at all times. Please keep the volume of outdoor music, conversations, etc., at a reasonable level during the day and lower it after 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. Please also be mindful of noise levels in conjunction with outside ceremonies that could be in progress at Aurora Farms.

THINGS TO DO: Shopping, restaurants, theaters, lakes, and parks abound, from downtown Greer (4 miles) to downtown Greenville (11 miles). We are just 1 mile from picturesque Lake Robinson & Lake Cunningham, 4 miles from Pebble Creek Golf Course, 10 miles to Cherokee Valley Golf Course and Links O’Tryon Golf Course, and only 10 miles from GSP Airport. There are also several beautiful state parks nearby, including Paris Mountain State Park (6 miles), Jones Gap State Park (19 miles), Table Rock State Park (23 miles), and Caesars Head State Park (31 miles).

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we come in early or stay late?

Unfortunately, our cleaning schedule prohibits early check-ins and/or late checkouts. Please plan accordingly.

Is there a maximum number of nights we can book?

No, but bookings are on a first come/first serve basis, so reserve your dates early!

Is it handicapped accessible?

We do have a large portable ramp, for access to the main level; however, the house has three stories, with the second and third floors accessible only by stairs.

Can we bring our dogs?

Yes, two dogs maximum are allowed, with a $50 nonrefundable pet fee per dog. We simply ask that you clean up after your dogs.

Are bridal luncheons, rehearsals, and/or rehearsal dinners allowed?

Yes; the double dining room will seat up to 22 comfortably.

Is there a place for overflow parking?

The driveway at the house will hold about 10 cars, and overflow parking will be at the storage building directly to the left of Oak View Inn and only a short walking distance.

What is the cancellation policy?

One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges (less $75 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
